Hey there,
this is probably gonna be funny only for those which understand Slovak.
This monday I went to Bratislava for some Media relations training organized by Slovak ski association and with this occasion, while I was in Bratislava I went to the POME crew headquarters to film the freestyle news.
It was much fun, but at the end I was baked under the strobe lights which were sooooo strong. I was trying to imitate the old reporters from the socialist times when I was little, hope it went out good and people laughed when watching it.

Check the nice video Tenchi did from their Modest South Water Ramp Camp which was in Big Air water jump areal in Novy Hrozenkov.  Me and Zuzka have a couple shots there, it was really cool jumping with her, always good fun:)

Support from Aquapark Tatralandia

Hey everyone! Stoked to announce that I got support from Aquapark Tatralandia, which is a place right behind my house in my hometown Liptovsky Mikulas. They gave me a season pass so I can enjoy their thermal pools, wellness area and trampolines! We went there yesterday with Zuzka and Klaudia and filmed a lil trampoline Snowgirls epizode. Anyway, we are preparing a whole new season of Snowgirls so there is much more interesting stuff coming, specially for da ladies:) Stay tuned!

Acrobatpark Štíty

Right now it is the third day I am in Acrobatpark Štíty, getting ready for the sundays contest. The weather has been good, specially today it was sunny all day long so I got enough training time. Also few other freeski girls came to train, I am very excited for the contest, it is going to be a tough competition! Here is a picture of me and Klaudia Medlova (and Marek Polan's aka The Photographer's finger:)) chillin in the sun and Iza Kyselova doin a perfect backflip of the tower in to the water!

Trip to water big air in Novy Hrozenkov, CZ

On wednesday evening I went to the water ramps in Nový Hrozenkov. Zuzka Stromková was coaching there on the Bandidas Girls Camp organized by czech freeski chick Adrejka Krýslová. The camp was really well organized and It was heaps of fun!! Even the weather wasnt perfect, I still had a great time working on my grabs so they will be more solid on snow and during the trampoline training. The areal has a mini ramp as well, this is what I call a perfect summer holiday:) If you want to know more check their website www.bigair.cz. Next stop will be another set of physical performance test with our coach Murgi, this time in Bratislava in the University of Physical Education, this time focused more on coordination and stretching. I hope I will do well, these two are my strong parts. Afterwards i am going to Czech Acrobat park Štíty for the water ramp Tipsport contest to defend my last years victory. Wish me luck:)

National team physical tests

Last week we have met in the Bigair water jump areal to perform some input tests with our new (and first ever) national trainer -  Tomáš Murgáč aka Murgi. Me, Zuzka and Juraj had to do various power and performance tests. The biggest problem for me were the medicinball tests, since my shoulder is painfull as usuall, I could not throw it as far as I wanted. Never mind, on the other side I have found out that my coordination is quite good. All of us got a training plan we can work with until the next tests in september. Lets do some work! :)
